Prairie Point sales have been brisk through February, 2011. Visit the four furnished models on 108th Street. The Prairie Point pool complex has started and plans are being made to open the pool this summer. 20 new lots are being platted to open this summer along Theden Street. These lots back up to common area and future trail.
